Privacy notice
This page explains what happens to the information you send through the enquiry form.
Information collected
The enquiry form can collect your name, email address, your dog’s name, the type of session you are interested in and the message you choose to send.
Why it is used
The information is used only to respond to your enquiry, discuss a photography session and keep necessary correspondence relating to that enquiry or booking.
How it is handled
The website does not create a public account for you and does not store enquiry messages in a website database. The form sends the enquiry to the contact email configured for this website. Email retention and backups therefore depend on the email service used by the photographer.
For anti-abuse rate limiting, the application temporarily keeps a one-way hash derived from the connecting IP address with timestamps; it does not store the raw IP address in its own rate-limit files. The hosting provider may keep separate server access logs under its own retention policy.
Your choices
You can ask what personal information is held about you, request correction or deletion where applicable, or contact the photographer with a privacy question.

This is a practical privacy notice for this website’s current enquiry form. It should be reviewed if analytics, advertising, online payments, mailing lists, client accounts or additional tracking services are added later.
